• Ground source (Geo-thermal) heat pumps heat and cool the house.
• The heat pumps run on electricity from solar panels and wind turbine.  (No furnace)
• Several 150 foot deep pipes deliver 48 degree water for the heat pumps to extract heat and expand it to 115 degrees for heating.  The heat pumps work in reverse for cooling.
